With degrees in Graphic Design from the American University of Science and Technology, Lebanon, and Advertising from the State University of New York, USA, she brings over 12 years of expertise to the table.
She has successfully managed campaigns with budgets exceeding USD 25 million, proving she can turn big visions into even bigger results. Around the office, she’s known for her sharp strategy, warm leadership, and a knack for making even the busiest days feel fun

Lama wears two hats at TCM, Digital Marketing Manager and Managing Director, and she wears them both with style. She holds a degree in Marketing from the American University of Science and Technology, a Master’s in Business Administration (Track: Marketing), and is also CDMA-DMI Certified. Along with several other professional certifications in Digital Marketing, she brings more than 12 years of experience and a deep understanding of online strategies, platform algorithms, and audience behavior, knowing exactly how to make campaigns perform at their best. She’s the go-to person for turning data into action, ideas into results, and brands into digital success stories. Her leadership blends strategic vision with a hands on approach, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.

Hala holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Damascus, Syria. With more than 10 years of experience, Hala brings a natural talent for building connections and fostering relationships. Whether it’s crafting the perfect message or managing media outreach, she knows how to keep brands in the spotlight for all the right reasons. Her warm personality and sharp communication skills make her an invaluable part of the TCM team.

Alain is a graduate of Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik (USEK), Lebanon, and serves as TCM’s on-site Art Director. With a sharp artistic eye and a passion for visual storytelling, Alain ensures every creative project is executed with precision, style, and brand consistency. From conceptualizing designs to overseeing production, he brings a perfect balance of creativity and practicality, making sure every visual element delivers maximum impact.

Gerard is a graduate of the American University of Science and Technology (AUST), holding a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. As TCM’s Art Director for graphic visuals, he brings bold creativity and meticulous attention to detail to every design project. From concept development to final execution, Gerard ensures that every visual element tells a compelling story and aligns perfectly with the brand’s identity. His eye for aesthetics and innovative approach make him a cornerstone of TCM’s creative output.

Elena is a skilled Project Manager and Executive Producer, graduating from Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik (USEK), Lebanon. With a talent for organization and leadership, she ensures that every project runs smoothly from concept to delivery. Elena’s ability to coordinate teams, manage timelines, and oversee production makes her an essential part of TCM’s success.

Abed is a graduate of the Lebanese International University (LIU), Lebanon, holding a degree in Radio and Television. With a strong foundation in media production and broadcast storytelling, Abed brings technical expertise and creative flair to every project. From behind-the-scenes coordination to on-camera execution, he ensures that content is engaging, polished, and ready to make an impact across multiple platforms.

Mark brings over 15 years of experience specializing in high-quality photography and videography, with a particular expertise in food photography. His keen eye for detail and mastery of lighting and composition help bring culinary creations to life, making every dish look irresistible. Mark’s work combines technical skill with creative flair, delivering stunning visuals that elevate brands and captivate audiences.

Abdallah is TCM’s go-to expert for dynamic video production and stunning aerial visuals. As a skilled videographer and certified drone operator, he captures footage from angles that turn ordinary scenes into extraordinary stories.
